I’m a photographer, a pet owner, an avid animal lover and animal rights supporter.
I’ve always had a love of animals and wanted to work with animals in some capacity. From a young age I wanted to be either; a Photographer, Vet or Chef. I really wish I could be all three but I still get to enjoy good food and spend time with animals all while indulging my creative side, so I figure this works well for me.
It’s been such a joy for me to be able to incorporate my love of photography and animals through professional pet photography. My main inspiration being my very own pet, Peanut, a dainty little Chihuahua Bichon Frise, aka a ‘Chichon’, {as shown here} who is loved, spoilt and cherished by us every day. I’ve grown up around animals, living in the country from a young age we ran the ‘Kings Cattery’, where I loved being able to spend my time helping out with the cats.
I am passionate about animal rights and supporting causes which help animals in need. I volunteer my services with organisations like Pets Haven to help educate and get behind the abolishment of Victorian puppy farms.
I hope to get to a point in my life where I can have a whole family of animals and even be able to foster dogs needing homes. For the time being I love being able to meet new pets and their owners and hear the stories about how much they are loved, cherished and are an integral part of the family. For me being able to capture this through photography and provide pet owners with life long memories of their best furry friend is so rewarding and why I love what I do.
